Felicity McLeod - Fred Mac Designs

Felicity McLeod - Fred Mac Designs Felicity is based in Far West NSW, dividing her time between a family station and Outback Sculpt, her body sculpting business in Broken Hill. Felicity has always been passionate about the agriculture and the bush leading to her involvement on various boards and committees. During her spare time Felicity creates and silversmiths a range of sterling silver jewellery, which incorporates pearls, leather, semiprecious stones including the local Nundorite from the Packsaddle region. Building on skills started when working in the NT during her youth Felicity also plaits hatbands and belts from kangaroo leather when time permits.    During the drought in 2017, as the family goat/sheep/cattle station that Felicity called home was de-stocked, and the mustering work on surrounding stations was in decline. She decided to create a business as an outlet for her creative side, based on her skills in jewellery making, photography, art and leatherwork. So, Fred Mac Designs was born, Felicity begin attending local events in the Far West NSW region, from gymkhanas, country shows to rodeos and local markets. Constantly seeking to add to her skillset she started silversmithing in 2021, which has allowed her to create and form pieces which are inspired by the outback that she calls home, Far West NSW.  Facebook @FredMacDesigns Instagram @FredMacDesigns www.FredMacDesigns.com.au
