Expressions of interest (EOIs) are being sought from Artists and other Creatives who are keen to have an art stall at the Mundi Mundi Big Bash in August. This will be a great opportunity to showcase the art and design talent in the region as an estimated 10,000 people will be attending the event. If you are an individual artist you might like to consider joining up with other artists to put in an application. 

The organisers of the event are looking for quality art and design items that speak about our location in the Far West. They are not looking for generic, commercial or mass produced items that are available elsewhere.

Please consider these details about the event:

• This opportunity is open to artists in the Far West NSW.

• Art stalls will be allocated 50 square metres each and artists will be required to bring their own marquee (if desired), tables and chairs. Parking will be available for a car, however if more space is required please us know. There are no charges or commissions for having a site.

• Stalls will be available in half day or full day blocks – you can request as many as you think you can cater for – don’t forget though that this is going to be a much bigger crowd than we usually get for anything out this way, that they will be quite well-heeled, they are on holiday and will likely be in the mood to be shopping! You may need to think also about providing good packaging if you are selling fragile items as people will be travelling.

• There will be no EFTPOS available as there is no or poor phone reception - cash sales only, so you will have to ensure that you had adequate change etc.
