Machine Preservation Society - Broken Hill
There are many interesting objects and stories in the collection, including a gallery of Fred Jobson's illustrations and cartoons. The group is run by a passionate group of volunteers who mainly are ex-miners with the skills and interest in restoring machinery, engines and other objects.

Entry to the museum is free, and donations are welcome. Open Thurs & Sun 9am-12pm & by appointment, located at The Conservation Centre, 479 Crystal St.
